Well, here it is, six and a half months since I left Jamaica and, as I determined, I am about to return for a longer stay.
Determination is a crucial key.
Returning to Jamaica has meant many sacrifices for me and I have had to overcome the challenge of leaving behind my retired guide dog (seeing-eye dog).
After eleven and a half years together and eleven years of her guiding me, it is a heart-renching parting.
So what makes me do it you may ask, leaving my family, friends and my faithful Taisha dog?
